Call Alison on 01483 211482 My husband is registered as my assistant and together we are registered with OFSTED for six children under 5 and six children over 5. ServicesFeesPlease contact me for details. MealsWe currently provide lunch and tea, but can provide breakfast if required. The meals are varied and nutritious and mealtimes are usually a lively and social occasion. Any special dietary requirements can be accommodated, as can children who are still being breast-fed. ContractsWe ask parents to complete a contract so that both sides are fully aware of the arrangements. I also require details of the children I mind (which are kept on a separate form ), such as contact numbers, health, immunisations etc. What Is ProvidedAll necessary equipment, such as travel cots, high chairs and buggies. Harnesses are supplied and equipment is kept in a clean and sound condition. What You Need To ProvideYour child will need nappies, wipes, cream etc. as appropriate and a change of clothes. As weather can be changeable, he or she will also need a waterproof coat, footwear, hat and gloves/sun cream, sun hat. Basic RoutineMy daily routine usually consists of planned activities or an outing to soft play, playgrounds or social group in the morning. I do school runs most mornings and afternoons. Some children sleep after lunch, whilst the older ones can become involved in activities more suited to their ages. When the weather is good, the children spend plenty of time outside and we usually have a quieter time after tea. OutingsIn the mornings we sometimes go to social groups with other childminders, play sessions or soft play centres. In the holidays we go on outings to parks, farms, picnics etc. Before and After School CareWe offer a before and after school service. The schools we could pick up from depending on availability are:
The younger children enjoy the input from the older ones and the school age children have time to relax, play together and maybe read or get some homework done. We do craft activities, music, dressing up, listening to a story etc. or simply free play time with the many toys and resources, as children often need time to unwind at the end of the day. School Holiday CareWe also offer care in the school holidays. As well as the activities listed above, this is a good time to get out and enjoy the many fun and interesting places we are lucky to have around us. Tree climbing, den building and picnics are particularly popular in local woods, parks and National Trust properties. Some of our favourites are RHS Wisley Gardens, Polesden Lacey, Alice Holt Forest, the Chantry woods and the river at Shere. We also enjoy amongst others:
